Chronometri Development presents a high-standard, multifunctional residential complex. The project includes 9 residential floors, a business center, commercial spaces, penthouses, and recreational and sports areas. Archiflow’s involvement included apartment re-planning in accordance with current regulations, defining the typology, and planning engineering points within the residential areas. Marketing and sales materials were also prepared. The goal of the project was the rational use of space and the creation of a comfortable living environment that meets the needs of the modern resident.
