Coordinated by Keystone Development, a new multifunctional residential complex will be added to Tbilisi. The project stands out for its scale and architectural appearance, designed by architect Giorgi Khmaladze. Archiflow’s involvement included apartment re-planning in accordance with Resolution 41, planning of electrical and engineering points, and preparation of marketing materials. As a result, the spaces efficiently meet both the developer’s goals and the needs of future residents.
